Defective or erroneous item

 

If you received the wrong item, or if the item is defective, contact us, we will exchange it, or you can return it to us using the standard return procedure.   • If the consumer refuses the goods, the seller must return to him the amount paid by the consumer under the contract, with the exception of the seller’s expenses for the delivery of the returned goods from the consumer, no later than 10 (ten) business days from the date the seller get the goods back.

  • To return money to a bank card, you need to fill out the "Money Refund Application", which is sent by request of the company to the email address, and send it along with the attachment of a copy of the passport to shop.naleather@gmail.com. The refund will be made to the bank card within 21 (twenty one) business days from the date of receipt of the "Application for the return of funds" by the Company.

  • To return money from operations with errors, you must apply with a written statement and attach a copy of your passport and receipts / receipts confirming the erroneous write-off. Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way. For their safety, we recommend to send the parcel using a courier service that will insure your goods and give you more  information about the timing.

  • The uneven structure of the material or the color of the skin is not a defect, it emphasizes its originality and the natural characteristic of genuine leather

  • To avoid deformation, it is forbidden to dry the product near a fire, in the sun, on heaters and heating appliances. 

  • Never wash a leather product with soap and water. 

  • In case of contamination, use only special care products.

  • New products made of smooth leather and suede must be protected from moisture, dirt, dust. This can be done with impregnation. After removing dirt and dust, apply a thin layer of cream or spray.
